Registration

To take the Master you have to follow several steps: process the pre-registration, receive confirmation of being admitted, make the reservation and pay the registration fee.

Entry requirements

Candidates must have by October 2023:

A degree in engineering, technical engineering, chemistry or physics

High level of English and Spanish

From April 25, 2023 to October 10, 2023

It should be chosen as the academic year 2023-24, and as the Master Degree M.01.0125.01 – MATERIALES COMPUESTOS

FAQ – Registration

Notification of admission

The admission to the Master will be made by pre-registration order. Once the pre-registration is received, the applicants will be informed (via email) whether they have been accepted

Reservation

Once the student is admitted, there is a period of 15 days in which the accepted student should pay €100 (non-refundable) in order to hold his place, it will be discounted from the enrolment fee

Enrolment fee

The enrolment fee (€9,900) will be made in October. It can also be fractionated in two payments

Can I enroll in only some subjects?

Interested student must be registered for all Master’s subjects. Under exceptional justified circumstance (work trips, etc.) people that cannot attend some of the teaching modules, they will be allowed to do them in the following years, reenrolling or paying any additional amount

Scholarships

For students with the best academic records, there are partner companies that offer the possibility of performing paid internships.

AIRBUS Scholarships

The selection will be made and students will be informed during September 2023

For the period January-December 2023, the student is expected to complete the Master’s Thesis

Grants cover approximated registration fees, but the payments periods for the grant and the registration may not be coincident

FIDAMC Scholarships

The internship period is also from January to December 2024

FAQ – Scholarships

If I am admitted to the master’s degree, does it mean that I also have the scholarship?

No, registration for the master’s degree is managed by the UPM, but the scholarship application is managed through the AIRBUS and FIDAMC web pages, and it is each of the companies that awards the scholarships
